Processing Your Order

Once you place your order, we will send you a Confirmation Email with details about your order and begin processing your order.

Your order will typically be processed within 1 - 3 days.

We appreciate your patience as we process your order. Please note that we do not process orders on weekends or holidays. In addition, if there is a significant volume of orders, processing your order may be slightly delayed. We will let you know if there will be any significant delays with your order.

Once your order has been processed, we will let you know that your order is ready for pick-up or ship your order and send you another Confirmation Email with details about your shipment.

Shipping Your Order

If you select shipping, we will ship your order through UPS or Fed Ex using their expedited parcel service. You can expect to receive your shipment within 2 – 5 regular business days from the time that it is shipped, depending on distance travelled and volume of mail through the their system. Some shipments may take longer.

You may order from and we will ship to almost all Canadian locations where UPS and Fed Ex deliver. We are able to use Canada Post for other deliveries outside the locations of UPS and Fed Ex, we would need to confirm the delivery cost at time of purchase.

For orders under $100 (before tax and after discounts), the cost of shipping is $15.99.

For orders over $100 (before tax and after discounts), the cost of shipping is free.

Please note that your shipping will be impacted by our ability to ship your order to you - for example, UPS or Fed Ex may not be able to deliver to certain remote locations, or may place restrictions on the shipping of certain items. We will let you know if additional restrictions or delays impact your order.



We are not responsible for any taxes that may be applied to your order.


Lost or Damaged Goods

We are not responsible for any products that are damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please keep your shipping materials and damaged goods and contact us as soon as possible in order to file a claim with Canada Post.
